Transfers to and from Heathrow Airport

The bus transfer is included in the price, takes less than 5 minutes and runs every 10-15 minutes from 4am until midnight (or in case of a delayed flights, when our last customer has been collected).

Additional Information

The Maple Parking postcode UB7 0EW is shared with a road inside the ULEZ Zone, and some Sat Navs may direct you incorrectly. Once on the A3044, stop following your Sat Nav and use the written directions provided. Entering the ULEZ Zone is the driver’s responsibility.

If your stay runs over your booked return date, extra parking is charged at £20 per day (or part day). Vehicles must be roadworthy, have a valid MOT and Road Fund Licence, and fit within a standard parking space. Unsafe or non-compliant vehicles may be refused without refund.

Arrival Procedure

Drive to Maple Parking following the address/directions below and park up in or car park as directed then follow our arrival instructions:

1. Proceed through the automatic barrier and vehicle inspection tunnel
2. Follow Signs for Check-in / Arrival Bays and park up in an arrival lane or arrival bay.
3. Unload your vehicle and proceed to Check-in

Please allow sufficient time for Maple check-in staff to complete their check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Also allow time for your transfer which can take up to 5 minutes and runs approximately every 10 minutes.

Return Procedure

If you are returning ahead of schedule, Maple must have at least 24 hours’ notice (or as much notice as possible) to avoid delays and ensure that your vehicle is extracted and ready for you to drive home.

As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs, call Maple on 01895 549 230 and follow the directions on the return card given at check in. The bus runs every 10 mins and will bring you straight back to our car park so you can collect your keys and drive home.
