Please note Meet & Greet parking operates from 05:00 to 22:30 (or final collections) seven days a week. The price quoted is for pre-booking only. Minimum stays/charges may apply.This car park is priced per 24hr period. Should your entry & exit times change from those booked this may result in your actual time parked exceeding the number of days you have pre-paid for. An additional charge will be levied upon exit. If you need to amend your booking prior to your day of departure please contact APH customer service on 01342 859442. If you need to contact valet parking while you are away please email their dedicated address valetparking@heathrow.com

Arrival Procedure

  1. Drive to the entrance of the Short Stay Terminal 4 Car Park.
  2. Your registration will be read and a ticket issued with your booking reference on.
  3. Drive into the car park and proceed down to the Ground Floor following signs for Heathrow Meet & Greet.
  4. Once parked register your arrival at the Meet & Greet / Valet Reception opposite the car park. Meet & Greet operates 05:00 - 23:00 daily.

Return Procedure

  1. Exit the terminal building via the exit next to the Car Rentals desks following signs to the Short Stay Car Park.
  2. After crossing the second traffic lane approaching the car park turn right and follow the pedestrian walkway to the Valet office.
  3. A member of the Valet Team will provide you with your car keys and escort you to your car.
