• For any last-minute date or time changes (from the day before your booking starts), contact MBW directly on 0208 759 5252 to advise of the change.

ULEZ Charges

• ULEZ charges apply and will be triggered on both your arrival and return dates.

Arrival Window

• MBW allows a 45-minute window from your pre-booked arrival time to drop off your vehicle at the airport car park.

• Additional charges of £7.50 apply if you exceed this timeframe.

• You must call MBW 30 minutes before you arrive, as instructed, for this grace period to apply.

Arrival Procedure

Please call MBW Meet & Greet approximately 30 minutes prior to reaching Heathrow. You must keep MBW informed if you are likely to be early or late with as much notice as possible to avoid any further car park charges. MBW pay for 15 minutes of the parking on arrival and exit.

Terminal 2 (Postcode: TW6 1EW):

Follow signs for T2 Departures Terminal Parking Car Park (Formerly called Short Stay); as you leave the tunnel keep in the right-hand lane. Going up the ramp, keep right. Take a ticket at the barrier furthest to the right, head up to Level 4 and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking and park in row A or B. The desk is located at the Lift Lobby. Hand over the car park ticket to the MBW captain.

Terminal 3 (Postcode:TW6 1QG):

As you leave the tunnel follow signs toward Terminal 3, Terminal Parking Car Park 3 (Formerly called Short Stay). Enter the Car Park and take a ticket at the barrier, Head to Level 4 Off Airport Parking and park in either row A or B. The desk is located at the Arrivals Lift Lobby. Hand over the car park ticket to the MBW captain.

Terminal 5 (Postcode: TW6 2GA):

Leave the Terminal 5 roundabout and follow the signs to T5 departures. Keep in the right lane heading up the ramp and follow the signs into Terminal Parking Car Park (Formerly called Short Stay). Keep left and head towards the last set of barriers. Take a ticket at the barrier, Head to Level 4 - Following signs to Off-Airport Parking and park in rows R or S. The desk is located at the Lift Lobby. Hand over the car park ticket to the MBW captain.

Return Procedure

1. Once you’ve collected your luggage, or passed passport control if you have hand luggage only, call MBW.
2. The despatch office will provide an estimated delivery time for your vehicle. If there is a wait, please remain inside the terminal until advised. Early or late arrivals outside your booked times may require additional waiting time.
3. Exit the arrivals hall into the Terminal plaza, turn left, and walk towards the UK Arrivals end of the Terminal.
4. Near the end of the plaza, turn right and exit the Terminal through the main door, then cross the bridge ahead of you.
5. Take the left-hand lift up to Level 4. The Handover Captain will meet you at the APH desk.
