Arrival Procedure

  1. On arrival, the ANPR cameras will automatically recognise your vehicle registration number at the Entry barrier A parking ticket will be generated automatically remove the ticket.
  2. The barrier will raise and you should proceed and park in the first available space.
  3. If a ticket is not generated automatically, please press the intercom help button on the barrier and speak to an operator who will assist you. (Do not press for a ticket).
  4. Do not leave the ticket in your car.

Return Procedure

  1. On exit, drive straight to the exit barrier and insert your ticket, the ANPR camera will recognise your vehicle registration and booking reference and allow you to exit (Unless you have an overstay payment or have pressed for a ticket upon entry)
  2. If you have an overstay payment this payment can be made by credit or debit card at the exit barrier.
  3. If you require assistance, you can press the intercom help button on the barrier and speak to an operator who will assist you
