Additional Information

Transfer Shuttle Restrictions

For safety and comfort, only certain items can be carried on the APH transfer coaches. The following cannot be transported:

• Bicycles

• Surfboards or windsurf boards

• Other large or bulky items of similar size

Snowboards and skis are permitted.

Electric Vehicle Charging

If you have booked EV charging, please note the following:

• Your vehicle must arrive with at least 5% battery charge

• You will need to bring your own charging cable

• Your vehicle will be charged to full capacity during your stay

Arrival Procedure

When arriving at the APH Park & Ride with EV Charging near Gatwick Airport:

1. Drive through the automated barrier - it will lift automatically as you approach.
2. Follow the road markings to the arrival bays.
3. Head to Reception to check in your vehicle.
4. A trained and insured valet driver will charge your vehicle and move it to a secure parking bay.
5. Take the next available transfer bus to Gatwick Airport terminal.

Important: You do not need to wait while your car is being charged, it will be fully charged and ready for your return. Please allow enough time to check in and take the shuttle to the terminal.

Return Procedure

When returning from your trip via Gatwick Airport:

1. After clearing Customs, follow signs to the APH transfer bus stop.
2. Head to Reception to collect your keys.
3. Your vehicle will be fully charged and ready to drive away.
