Do not press the button for a ticket, your registration will be recognised and the barrier will rise.
If the barrier does not lift and you have a pre booked stay, press the help button for assistance.
A member of the customer services team will support you and ensure you can enter the car park smoothly.

Return Procedure

When you are ready to leave, drive to the exit barrier, which will lift automatically using ANPR.
If the barrier does not rise, speak to a member of staff on site or press the assistance button.
