• Entry and exit fees at the Drop Off car park must be paid by the customer.

Arrival Procedure

1. Call Forge Meet & Greet 30 minutes before you arrive at Bristol Airport on 07885 761105. This helps the team ensure a driver is ready for your arrival.
2. Drive to the Drop & Go car park, located next to Departures and clearly signposted throughout the airport.
3. A Forge driver will meet you in the Drop & Go area and take your vehicle from there.

Please leave £8.50 cash in your car to cover the airport’s exit fee, as this is not included in your booking.

Return Procedure

1. Once you have landed and collected your bags and cleared customs or security, call Forge Meet & Greet on 07885 761105. There is no need to call when the flight lands as your arrival is already monitored.
2. Make your way to the Drop & Go car park where you originally left your vehicle.
3. A Forge driver will return your car to you in this area.

Please ensure you have £8.50 ready to exit the car park. Debit cards are also accepted.
