• Entry and exit fees at the Drop Off and Pick Up car park are not included and must be paid by the customer.

Arrival Procedure

1. Call Forge Meet and Greet 30 minutes before arriving at Bristol Airport on 07885 761105, WhatsApp calls are not permitted.
2. Drive to the Drop off & Pick up car park, located next to Departures and clearly signposted throughout the airport.
3. A Forge driver will meet you in the Drop off & Pick up area and take your vehicle from there.

A payment of £8.50 will be required to be paid to your driver to cover the airport’s exit fee, as this is not included in your booking.

Return Procedure

Once you have landed and collected your bags and cleared customs or security, call Forge Meet & Greet on 07885 761105. There is no need to call when the flight lands as your arrival is already monitored.

1. Make your way to the Drop off & Pick up car park where you originally left your vehicle.
2. A Forge driver will return your car to you in this area.

Please ensure you pay the fee of £8.50 to exit the car park. Debit cards are also accepted.
