NCP Car Park 5 have plenty of space for blue badge holders. You will see blue badge bays to the left of the car park as you enter.

If you wish to take your blue badge on holiday with you, then you will first need to go to the NCP customer service desk in the Premium Set Down Car Park, where you’ll be given a permit to display while you’re on your break.

If you arrive earlier than your booked time, NCP Car Park 5 allows a 2-hour grace period. Any additional time may result in extra charges.

This car park cannot accommodate vans, minibuses, motorhomes, caravans, or trailers.

Arrival Procedure

  1. Drive straight to Car Park 5 at Birmingham Airport - the car park now operates a ticketless system.
  2. Do not press for a ticket; the automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras will scan your vehicle’s registration and automatically raise the barrier.
  3. Ensure the registration number entered at booking matches your vehicle’s number plate, as incorrect details may prevent entry.

Pick-up bus stops from the car park currently operate from stops 2, 6, and 7.

Return Procedure

  1. On your return, take the shuttle from bus stop B back to Car Park 5.
  2. Once you reach your vehicle, drive to the exit - the barrier will raise automatically.
  3. If the barrier does not lift, you may have overstayed or parked in the wrong car park. Any overstay will be charged at the standard tariff, payable at the exit lane using your card.
