Car Park 2 & 3 is protected by electronic barriers with ANPR technology, allowing access only to registered vehicles. The site is fully enclosed by high-security fencing and monitored by CCTV and 24-hour security staff for complete peace of mind.

Disabled Facilities

Blue Badge spaces are available on level 1, next to the pedestrian exit for easy access. Spaces are limited, so early arrival is advised. A lift is available to all levels, and assistance can be requested via the intercom on arrival.

If you would like to arrive earlier than your inputted arrival time, the NCP car park has an early grace period of 2 hours; Any additional time may result in additional costs.

Arrival Procedure

  1. Drive straight to Car Park 2 & 3 at Birmingham Airport - this is a ticketless car park.
  2. On arrival, the ANPR cameras will automatically read your vehicle registration and lift the barrier.
  3. Make sure the registration number on your booking matches your vehicle, as incorrect details may prevent entry.
  4. Park in Car Park 2 & 3 only to avoid any additional charges.

Return Procedure

  1. When you return, drive to the exit where the barrier will automatically lift to let you out.
  2. If the barrier does not raise, you may have overstayed or parked in the incorrect car park. Any overstay will be charged at the standard tariff.
  3. Additional charges can be paid at the exit lane using your card - ensure you choose the correct payment lane and have your registration number ready.
