Additional Information

Blue Badge Parking
If you require a Blue Badge parking space, please add a comment to your booking and call the car park directly at least 24 hours before your arrival. This gives staff time to reserve a dedicated space or position your vehicle as close as possible to the bus pick-up point.

Taxi-Licensed Vehicles
Cars with a taxi licence plate can park on-site, but cannot use Airparks’ Return Greet or Meet and Greet services.

Arriving Early or Late?
The car park may offer a grace period up until midnight on your scheduled return day. This is at the car park’s discretion.
If you return after midnight, you may be charged the standard rate of £20 per additional day. This rate is subject to change.

Paperless Booking
To support sustainability, there’s no need to print your booking confirmation.
Simply show it on your mobile device when you arrive.

Arrival Procedure

When you arrive at the car park:

1. Pull up to the barrier at the entrance.
2. A member of the APH Birmingham Short Run team will come to your window to confirm your booking details.
3. They’ll direct you to a parking space and give you a receipt with important return instructions — keep this receipt safe.
4. Once confirmed, the team member will open the barrier and let you in.

Shuttle transfers run regularly, 24 hours a day.
The journey to the terminal takes around 5 minutes, and transfers are included in the price.

 

 

Return Procedure

On your return, make your way to bus stop A, which will then take just 5 minutes to get back to the car park, so you can be on your way home as soon as possible.
