Early or late return

• If your travel plans change and you return earlier or later than booked, please call Airparks on 01224 017766

• Stays longer than booked will be charged at the car park’s standard rate of £15 per day (Prices are subject to change)

Out of hours assistance

• If no staff are available, press the intercom button on the entry or exit barriers for help

Arrival Procedure

1. On arrival to the car park, drive up to the barrier which will automatically raise after recognising your number plate
2. Park in an available bay and make note of where you have parked. There are coloured zones to help you remember. We advise that you park nose first into the bay to allow easy access to your boot and luggage.
3. Head to reception to check in and leave your keys and the terminal is then just a 5 minute walk

Return Procedure

 

1. On your return to Aberdeen Airport, make your way back to the car park reception.
2. Collect your keys from the reception desk.
3. The team will advise you where your fully charged vehicle has been parked.
