"On arriving back in the airport you could offer better directions to locate the pick up area. Although we've used you for many years this is normally from L'pool and not Manchester. we had to ring back twice to get directions and after a long flight was a little tedious."

"When I arrived at the drop-off point the representative had not arrived.I was then moved on by the airport security staff and had to drive around until the representative turned up.This led to a certain amount of stress.I have not encountered this problem when using meet and greet previously. I will use the service again and hope that it runs more smoothly next time.The vehicle collection on returning was quick and free of any problem."

"The representative was 20 minutes late on arrival at Manchester airport and we were waiting for 15 minutes at the pick up point. We have used this service a lot but the last couple of times the representatives have been late. This makes it difficult at Manchester airport terminal 1 because we were asked to move the car by airport staff."

"I did not appreciate waiting 35 minutes at 3.30 in the morning for my car to be delivered back to me. They delivered another car 20 minutes after my request and then went back for mine. The initial advice was it 'might be 10 mins or so'. There was no apology for the waiting time when the car was delivered. The wait negated all the advantages of the meet & greet approach"

"I booked it with APH but ended up with Meteor who were 30 mins late dropping the car off after we rangwe landed some bull about road works which was a total lie. "having used your sevice many times i was disappointed upon collection to find mud/building plaster on the passenger seat and carpet. my car interior was cleaned day before so i know this was caused by yourseves. an unpleasant plaster type odour took some days to clear. i was unable to report this to your driver before he left as i was loading luggage at the boot"
