"It makes life so easy on arrival just to walk a few hundred yards to our car from the terminal then straight out using the ticket given on arrival. Easy, no validating or waiting for transfer buses, 10 minutes from baggage pick up to leaving the car park."

"Although I booked online the number plate recognition system did not annotate my ticket with the booking reference. I therefore had to make a specific visit to the parking office to get my ticket validated before I could exit. This negates the point of having an online and automated system!!!"

"The car park was fine - the only problem was that when I tried to leave they had no record of the booking so the machine tried to charge me a very hefty amount as I left. The car park warden saw I had paperwork and just let me leave even though they had no evidence of the booking on their system. All this took a while which after a (delayed) flight you just want to get in the car and drive home without hassle.....not spend time sorting this out....especially on Fathers Day when you've been impatiently waiting to see your little boy."

"It would have been helpful if you had forwarded my booking details to the car park concerned as then I would not have been refused exit causing me to force reverse into exiting traffic all trying to get to their urgent business.The effect this unnecessary exercise on me was that my son missed his train connection to Cardiff, and was fortunate to secure a later train but arrived much later, when showed the printed confirmation from yourselves they quickly acknowledged my authorized presence."

"Due to an unexpected lengthy road diversion we were later than expected but the meet and greet service was excellent and tried to help us find a quicker way to the airport. However despite reassurances APH had failed to pass on my phoned requests made a few weeks prior to travel to change the car registration number and meeting time and it was lucky that I phoned the Exeter car park in the week prior to the holiday to double check and gave them the new details."

"Employee in the parking office was surly and unhelpful when we approached him because our car wouldn't start. It was -5 degrees and the battery was flat. However, the man driving the transfer bus who started our car for us was the exact opposite and couldn't have been more helpful. Full marks to him."

"Please deploy your efficiency for booking systems to Exeter airport drop off point which is even further away than the long stay car park, over half a mile away and then you are expected to use a bus that is not very frequent. Also in their £1 drop off place you have to get out of your car and find a hut hidden behind a building to pay, as the exit machines are not able to take money. Surely they could have a free drop off point closest to the airport entrance, so that if you just dropping off a friend or an elderly aunt you could do so?"
