"Had to wait 20 mins for car, Southampton is quick baggage meet n greet should be watching arrivals with car waiting. The multistorey would have been much better. Also on the way out I could not get hold of the courier and the instructions or drop off were poor"

"All went well until our return, when the phone number given was not answered for 20 minutes and then only after contacting the booking office. We tried on 3 mobiles before this. I have never experienced this with APH in the past."

"Unfortunately, the passenger side window had been left open, so the passenger seat was very wet as it had rained. This must also have been a security issue. I wasn't asked for any ID when picking up the car, which might also have been a security issue."

"On return, the first phone I made rang out with no answer. My second call was answered, but the wrong vehicle was then delivered leading to us having to hang around for 30mins waiting for our correct vehicle. Not impressed!!!"
