Valet Parking at Terminals 1, 2 & 3 - Manchester Airport

Welcome to Manchester Airport Valet Parking Services for terminals 1, 2 & 3. This is an on-airport full valet service and is ideal for passengers who are on a short schedule, families and disabled people and require extra assistance along with having your car parked for you. The airport terminal is a short walk from the car park via a footpath.

Whether you're travelling on business or jetting off somewhere for a relaxing holiday, Valet Parking Services takes care of all aspects involved in the parking of your car leaving you to relax before your flight. You don't need to bother with locating transfer stands or worry about locating a ticket machine. All you need to do is book online prior to your trip.

Drivers carry identification and can provide insurance details so you know your car is in safe hands. Simply drive to the car park where your valet driver will greet you, confirm the booking details and if required, assist with unloading your luggage. Your car is then taken to the secure and floodlit car park for the duration of your trip.

Returning is simple. Once you've cleared customs, collected your baggage, you can give us a call where you'll be given directions to the parking bay where your car along with your exit barrier ticket will be waiting for you. Don't worry if your return flight is delayed. A member of staff will monitor the arrival of your flight. The valet driver will be waiting with your car and an exit barrier pre-paid ticket.

The car park is a secure compound with regular security patrols and 24-hour CCTV coverage for added security.

As always, it is important you ensure you arrive in time for your flight. Please allow for delays during peak times.

Please check the website for height restrictions on vehicles and other important information. Trailers are not permitted with this service.

There is a minimum 24-hour notice prior to departure date required to make amendments to existing bookings to avoid incurring extra charges. Minimum stay charges apply to this service.

Manchester Airport is located just off junction six of the M56 motorway. Access to the M56 motorway is from the M62 and the M60 and Manchester Airport is sign-posted from the approach motorways. As you approach the airport concourse, Terminal Valet car parking services are clearly signposted.

"We have used the same service for at least 5 times, this time we had no notification that the car park had moved, we called several times asking where the car park had moved to only to have the telephone put down on us. We were not the only ones who could not find the car park, there were at least 6 cars trying to find the car park. We were told they had moved 4 weeks ago, this is now not valet parking any more."

"when i dropped the car off, one of the attendants walked in the door in front of me. He failed to open the door for me despite me having a lot of bags. When I jokingly pointed this out to him, he shrugged. Then when I was leaving the unit, again I struggled with the door. He and his colleague sniggered when I then dropped a bag. Not even basic good manners, nevermind good customer service."
