"We have used the same service for at least 5 times, this time we had no notification that the car park had moved, we called several times asking where the car park had moved to only to have the telephone put down on us. We were not the only ones who could not find the car park, there were at least 6 cars trying to find the car park. We were told they had moved 4 weeks ago, this is now not valet parking any more."

"The service i paid for was valet parking. Instructions to get to the car park weren't good. ie parking was based at arrivals not departures. I had paid for express security, although no mention of that was on the e-ticket."

"when i dropped the car off, one of the attendants walked in the door in front of me. He failed to open the door for me despite me having a lot of bags. When I jokingly pointed this out to him, he shrugged. Then when I was leaving the unit, again I struggled with the door. He and his colleague sniggered when I then dropped a bag. Not even basic good manners, nevermind good customer service."
