"The person who checked us in on the desk (and it was the same person when we came back) was to say the least miserable, he was rather abrupt and did not smile once. Normally there is a lady there when we have been before and she is brilliant. We use APH car parks a lot and this is the first time we have had this happen. Normally on checking in you can have a bit of a laugh with the people on the desk. The driver was excellent and very jovial."
