Only grumble, allocated row on arrival (Saturday) nearly always full causing overspill. Often caused by cars in front still being emptied of passengers and luggage, especially if also fetching a trolley. If cars were allocated across the rows rather than behind one another it would give time for passengers to clear so that next car could pull right up to one in front. Just a thought! We always use your service.

This is not a meet and greet service. It is a car park facility where you drop your car off miles away from the entrance with no trolleys for luggage. Won't be using this service again. The old meet and greet service was highly recommended but this service is very poor.

Have used APH many times but this was the worst. Finding it in the first place is at best a challenge. They tell you to exit at junction 3A of M56 and to take care not to end up end up at junction 3, but what they don't do is to explain just how easy it is to make this mistake, especially when you are not local and more importantly what to do if you do !! We had to sit on the bus for 15 mins on way to airport with uncommunicative driver. Dropped off at all terminals before ours which makes timing difficult - leave plenty.
Rang from airport on return and had to wait at least 30 mins and make a 2nd call before bus arrived. Driver said radio was playing up!!
Not a patch on Hams Hall in Birmingham.

The reason for the overall rating is the toilets and other areas are so dirty it made my skin crawl (not a nice feeling when you are going on a long plane journey).

The place needs a dam good deep clean the toilets have at a disgusting amount of dust build up on pipes and skirting boards (so much so that it is sticky).
The same goes for the build up of grim under the vending machines.

Cannot fault the service side of the operation.

Great service, carpark was easy to find. Staff very helpful apart from the bus driver who seemed to be very angry and didnt even smile or speak to us. When we arrived at the airport he still did not speak.
Buses ran frequently and the staff at the carpark were friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks very much I would definately use again
