I wasn't actually met by anyone. Just spoke my details into a machine at the entrance to the car park.
The staff in the reception were fine.

We found the whole experience very straightforward and easy. However, the only negative comment would be that when we arrived at the car park, we were not sure what to do as the instructions stated that we needed to take the booking confirmation with us but then when we arrived it was apparent that there was no need to show it to anyone as the car registration is recognized on arrival.

We didn't know if we needed to book in or just simply leave our car in a space. I think that the instructions that you print off as the booking confirmation should be a little clearer and provide better instructions as to what you need to do when you arrive ie. find a space, park your car and then wait for the transfer bus to take you to the terminal.

We will definitely use you again.

Excellent good value service. All staff are helpful, well mannered and professional, but not in a corporate " have a nice day way". Drivers are always happy to assist with loading and offloading. It would be hard to find a better service. Keep up the good work

When making the booking online, I realised I had made a mistake, I had put collection time as 16.50 instead of 4.50 am. Realising I had made a mistake, I quickly amended the time using your website. This was weeks before the flight. I was then sent new confirmation, clearing stating the NEW time, which I printed out and put with my travel documents. After flying back to Manchester, arriving at 6.05 ( a little earlier than expected) we smoothly passed through security and headed to your meet and greet reception. We handed back our ticket, to be told, very abruptly, that we have arrived at the wrong time and WE had made a mistake. I explained that I amended the booking and showed the new printed confirmation. The man behind the desk was very rude, and continued to say we had made a mistake, even though I had the confirmation in front of him! He told us the car wasn't even there because they weren't expecting us and to sit down and wait. After sitting for 40 mins and watching the man just sit and serve the other customers ( also speaking very short and abrupt on the voice machine as people arrived) my husband decided to ask what on earth was going on. Nobody had told us what was happening or where the car was etc. the same man, who didn't move from his chair, just shouted through to the back, 'has someone gone for that car?' Tired and frustrated, we continued to wait, when FINALLY, an hour later the car arrived. The man behind the desk did not apologise for the mistake your company had made, infact he didn't even make eye contact. Such a shame. We have used your company before in Birmingham and it was fantastic. Communication needs to be in place regarding amendments on your site. Also , we know people are tired at 6 am but the staff ( mainly the man behind the desk) need to think about how they speak to customers. I felt like it was still my mistake as I left, even though I had the documentation. I wouldn't use this service again at Manchester.
