Drivefly Meet & Greet

We were neither met nor greeted. There was a thunderstorm and the staff were trying to service too many people from a box in the middle of a building site. Signage was poor, the people we dealt with were not APH. We had to abandon the car as there were no parking spaces and then drag our cases a quarter of a mile through puddles and streams eventually arriving at the terminal soaked to the skin. Our return experience was only improved by the weather. No one seemed to know what was happening, there was a queue of very disgruntled people waiting up to 40 minutes for their vehicles. There were too few staff and little apparent organisation. Having used meet and greet at other airports I would never use it again at Luton nor recommend anyone else to do so. In my opinion we should offered an apology and a refund.
