All Heathrow Airport Hotels offer a transfer service to the airport terminals either via the Heathrow Hoppa or they provide their own transfers. However some only transfer to terminals 1, 2 and 3 so please check the information provide carefully to make sure you get the right package to suit your requirements. "The staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful particularly as we had problems using the walkway to Terminal 5 as the lift was under repair and one of us is a wheelchair user. They parked our car and retrieved it for us and all in all made what can be a stressful experience a truly stressfree one."
