    Customer comments

    Sheraton Heathrow

"Very poor customer services and administration had no record of our booking and we were made to stand and wait and yet when I called APH they were efficient and helpful shame on The Sheraton Hotel"
Mrs King, Essex, 2 Dec 2013

    Holiday Inn Express (Heathrow T5)

"On arrival, the hotel had no knowledge of our Accommodation and Dinner booking for two rooms despite it being arranged and paid for with APH six months prior. It was the last thing we needed after a flight of 13 hours. We cannot blame the hotel reception staff who had to contact APH twice to confirm our bookings (the first time the APH rep apparently could not find the booking!). It was not the best advert for APH."
Mr Woollard, Kent, 20 Nov 2013

    Sheraton Heathrow

"We usually just go for a meal in the bar when doing this type of stay. At this hotel the bar is smallish and had boxing on three screens which was a bit over powering in a such a small bar. Also the temperature was rather fresh and we were unable to find a seat that was not in direct line from an air conditioning unit."
Mrs Birch, Buckinghamshire, 19 Nov 2013

    Comfort Hotel Heathrow

"The level of customer service was exceptional, we had unfortunately misplaced a ring in the room prior to leaving for our vacation. Upon returning to the hotel over two weeks later to enquire if it gad been left there, the team had found and taken care of it, a degree of honesty unprecedented."
Mr Limb, Lincolnshire, 19 Nov 2013

    Holiday Inn Express (Heathrow T5)

"on arrival they said they have overbooked and might not have a room. It was typical of airport hotesl was the comment from the receptionist. Apalling as it was 12.30 midnight if I would have had to find another."
Mr Robey, Derbyshire, 11 Nov 2013

    Sheraton Heathrow

"Long term parking provision was not good."
Mr Edmunds, Gwent, 11 Nov 2013

    Thistle London Heathrow

"Hotel provided inaccurate & incomplete information regarding transport to/from airport. Request for breakfast in-room was submitted by phone and using on-door menu. No Breakfast was served in room. Shuttle delays meant that time was tight on arrival at airport."
Mr Joyce, Kent, 4 Nov 2013

    Holiday Inn Express (Heathrow T5)

"Unfortunately the hotel had no record of us or our booking. Whilst the hotel honoured the booking as we had a confirmation letter from aph we ended up with a room with a very small bed which was very uncomfortable. Not sure why the hotel did not have a record of us."
Mrs Williams, Mid Glamorgan, 30 Oct 2013

    Sheraton Heathrow

"Very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff."
Mr Flint, Nottinghamshire, 30 Oct 2013
