"No registration plate details were indicated on my booking this time so I couldn't check. I entered the car park without problem but on exiting, the barrier refused to raise and when I retrieved the ticket, I saw that the first digit of my registration plate was incorrect with a J instead of a B. As a competent typist, I'm quite sure I would not have make such an error and had to request assistance to raise the barrier."

"Yes - for the second time when using APH when it came to leaving the airport, the ticket didn't work and we had to call the attendant to let us out. Having made the booking process easy, at 1am in the morning, you just want a clean easy exit home. Once would be ok, but twice in a row means I'm looking to take my business elsewhere."
