"I travelled from Bristol Airport,and although it is not an APH responsibility, I would suggest that the sign posting around and through Bristol for the Airport is pretty dreadful. At one point you can easily be mis-directed and if pushed for time could even miss a flight because of the signs that are not user friendly."

"two matters for your consideration: 1) Often there is a long wait at Bristol Airport (sometimes in cold, windy and damp conditions) waiting for transport back to the CP. 2) For reasons hard to understand, we usually find our car has been moved to another part of the car park on our return. 3) There are very few, in any, luggage trolleys available at the CP when your car might be quite a distance away."

"The car was left in a disabled bay on arrival as my wife is disabled but was parked quite a walk away for collection. The car is taxed disabled so although the blue badge was removed for use in France there are a number of disabled signs fixed to the car it would have been appreciated if it had been a little closer to the collection office. It has been done in the past."

"I pre-booked online paying with my debit card, arrival and parking was fine, but the carpark exit ticket said payment required eventhough i had already paid, on driving to the barrier it would not accept my ticket and i had to go to the help office to get the card activated causing a traffic jam and embarrisment, eventhough i had paid. This is the 2nd time this has happened and i've only used this carpark twice !."

"I found the Car Park only with difficulty. However that was mainly my own fault. My main complaint is that the entrance to the car park and the procedure is only marked by smallish signs that I only found after parking! A large obvious sign in the photo booth would help."
