When I originally booked meet & greet and I explained that I was disabled, I was not told that I had to drive to a railway station and take the train which I could not manage. Only when few days before departure, I contacted APH to confirm location again and then I was told about it and I manage to change it again. I do not think this is acceptable because it defeat the purpose of meet & greet.

Each time I phoned on my way to the airport I had an answer phone. Even while I was waiting I still couldn't get through to say I was there. Finally when he had another car to return he came to collect ours. It was not a lot better when we arrived back in England. We expected to be on our way but we waited half an hour. Not happy with this service at all.

We were impressed that we received both a text and a phonecall as we were on our way to the airport,giving full instructions and as we landed a text came through with more instructions and as we walked across to the pick up point our car arrived even though it was 2.30 am, we will definitely be using this service again. Very impressed with this firm.
