"The room was dirty, cobwebs on the waals & curtains. The curtains had a extremely thick layer of dust on them. This was reported to the management."

"the waiter in the restaurant was very rude and made us feel like we were a nuisance as we wanted a table of 8 together and the restaurant was half empty and continued to be rude throughout!!!"

"Not easy to find the actual hotel entrance. (Also not easy to find the APH Manchester car park from the BRitannia country house hotel at 3 a.m.: our sat nav misdirected us from the post code supplied. You could do with flagging this up on your documentation as the location in an industrial state looks must unpromising!"

"Took over 90mins to book in.No parking spaces.Room had been used for smoking and was very smelly.Fire alarm sounded in early hours.Extreemly noisy until 3. 30am."
