"Meet and Greet at Stanstead is not as good as it used to be, now very expensive due to car park fees. We are disabled and walked up the incline to the disabled desk, not knowing that we could phone from the lower level. It made my husband quite unwell. Very surprised that 22 miles were put on the car clock."

This is a negative against a hotel car park - if they have a big event on you are restricted on parking - we did find a spot but only after a long time"

Either no response or the call could not be connected, which delayed us on our departure and delayed us picking up our car. My wife had to find a Meteor representative on our return so he could call someone to bring our car back. So definitely a problem with the telephone numbers provided. "There is no statement when you are booking that the transfer cost to the airport is not included in your booking fee. It was a bit of a surprise when we got on to the bus to be asked for a fee of £5.00 and to be told that we would need to pay this on the return journey as well. Also my car was covered on mud when I retrieved it as it was parked on the grass, not in a parking space."

We could not get through (phone signal/sound problems) and if I had been travelling alone there would have been no way of making the call.
