Leave the M27 at junction 3 and join the M271, following signs for Southampton docks. Follow the M271 for 1.5 miles. At the first roundabout take the second exit, signposted A35 to Totton and Lyndhurst and A326 Fawley. At the traffic lights, the road merges with the A35. Continue along the A35 for one mile, following signs for Lyndhurst. Do not follow signs to Totton town centre. At the next roundabout turn left, following signs for the A326 and Marchwood. After 1.5 miles turn left at the roundabout into Normandy Way, following signs for Marchwood industrial park, Cracknore Hard and Hythe. After half a mile you will come to Marchwood industrial park. Go straight on at the mini roundabout, then turn left into Cracknore Hard. The car park should be signposted from here. You will pass McMullen Barracks on your left and the Sea Mounting Centre on your right. From here you will see signs for Cruise Parking Ltd. Turn right into Harbour Close. Follow the road round to the left and drive through the second set of gates on the right. A member staff will direct you to the correct area

Good organised delivery of vehicle and quick transfer to ship . Driver very obliging and did all the lifting work.
Driver as before very obliging and did all lifting of luggage etc .However, a crowd of people ,at least 50 , had to wait in very cold conditions for the transport , even the APH rep at the port was embarassed at the delay . Not a good way to end a cruise holiday .

The coach was waiting for us as soon as we got off the ship.
When we got on the coach to go to the ship , we were on it nearly an hour waiting for it to fill up and the majority of people were going on another ship. We thought perhaps a transit type van would have been better!!

Well organised. Once parked did not take long to get on coach and get to terminal. Coach waiting for us when we disembarked despite change of terminal from that originally proposed. Drivers friendly and helpful.
Could do with better signage to site. Had long wait to get booked into site as only one booking cabin and person despite large number of people turning up at same time due to ships embarkation time being the same. Need more personnel booking in to ease congestion getting onto site.
