Southampton Port Cruise Parking at Southampton Port

Unit H1, Cracknore Hard, Industrial Estate, Cracknore, Marchwood, Hants, SO40 4ZD.

Set sail on calm waters by letting Cruise Parking take the stress out of parking at Southampton Port. With just a 20-minute transfer from car park to cruise terminal, it makes the ideal solution for those looking for fast and affordable parking at Southampton Port.

Why choose Cruise Parking

Located just 10 minutes from the motorway network, you'll dodge the traffic and have the reassurance of a guaranteed parking space waiting for your arrival.

Using the service couldn't be easier, too. Just drive straight the car park, where you'll be met by a member of Cruise Parking staff who'll park your car while you jump on the shuttle bus and head straight to the cruise terminal. On your return, a Cruise Parking representative will show you to the transfer buss ready to take you straight back you your car.

Passengers who are flying out to meet a cruise, or returning via air travel, will receive free transfers to Southampton Airport.

Don't worry about your car while cruising, either. As you're exploring the oceans, Cruise Parking will be caring for your vehicle in its fully secured car park with CCTV coverage, security fencing and regular patrols throughout the day. The facility is also a police-approved Park Mark Safer Parking Award holder.

Really good service. Easy to book online. Very efficient, both at drop off and collection. Mini bus was there when we arrived back in Southampton - no waiting around. Would definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

I loved the fact that many of the staff were 'mature' (i.e. at or above retirement age) and hence were polite, helpful, engaging and efficient. I've no idea whether this is a deliberate policy, but it works well... although I did feel a little guilt when one of the older staff members loaded my overweight case!
Somewhat distant from the docks (which I would imagine could be problematic if in a hurry).

Pricing competitive, however, the baseline price for parking is very high for all parking in and around Southampton docks, so it still feels a little steep when airport parking is at least £20 cheaper!

Not having to drive to port.
The very long wait we experienced on the 26th July, in very bad weather, to go to the port. 45minutes at least, we arrived approx. 12.45pm

So easy drive up take cases out of car and they are taken to the coach or minibus. That's the last you see them until they are outside your cabin on the ship. Very well organised

After paying for parking online I was then asked for more money when I arrived at the parking venue. Next time I will choose a venue closer to the ship.

Fast and friendly service.
On arrival at 'cruise parking' we were told we were at the wrong place... but could find no other parking so went back and was then admitted without a problem by someone else.
