Secured off-airport parking:
This covers fully manned car parks that are located at secure sites near the airport. Simply drive to the car park, leave your keys at reception and jump on a free shuttle bus to the airport terminal. Transfer times are usually no more than 20 minutes. In your absence, your car will be parked in a safe and secure compound with 24-hour security patrols. For extra peace of mind, many of the secured off-airport car parks we work with are holders of the police-approved Park Mark® Safer Parking Award.

Park & Ride
This convenient off-site car park is the only independent park and Ride we sell at Stansted. Located just 6 miles from Stansted Airport main terminal, transfers to and from the airport are frequent and only takes 10 minutes. Stansted Off-Site Park & Ride operates from 04:00am to 22:00 daily and we recommend you allow ample time for checking in. Constantly vetted and verified by APH.

Meet & Greet (valet airport car parking)

"Everything about this was simple and helpful from the staff on the phone to those that did the meet and greet. Its an excellent service. Only slight issue is having to drive into the Car Park. It would have been better if it could have been done outside the airport terminal however the car park is only across the road from airport entrance so it was not a massive issue. Will definitely be looking these up for our next holiday"

"When phoning to collect my car I was on the phone for 20 mins before it was answered so I waited in the building. My car had been delivered about 15 mins earlier so this was a great shame! Perhaps a text to say the car is in the car park would be helpful?"

"The day we used EMA meet & greet there phone lines where down, so had no instructions on where to drop off the car. Fortunately when we arrived at the airport it was sign posted, unfortunately it was not a meet & greet, but a car park in front of the airport where you leave your car, so not really a meet & greet, like other airports!!!!"

"My mobile was flat and there are no phone boxes in south terminal Gatwick. Perhaps having your own phone near the bus stop would be nice. Also it could perhaps be emphasised that the stop is at the very lowest level. We were a bit confused by the un-numbered bus stops on the level above. We were used to North terminal."

"There were so many people waiting for a return transfer that we did not get on the bus. We had to wait 15 minutes for another bus. It was cold and wet and the shelter didn't fully protect us. After a night flight we didn't appreciate the wait, especially as we had called through as required."
