- This was not meet & greet, (Ref Q2) an attendant telling me to park behind a BMW!! if I'd known I would have boned up on vehicle recognition, had to leave vehicle in car park, then had to find check in office where I had to queue to be processed (albeit for just a few minutes), same on the return journey plus the hassle of having to find the vehicle in unfamiliar setting & at the dead of night. Might as well have booked for jetparks 1, at least would have known where I'd left my vehicle, (also just as well it wasn't raining). Only advantage with this system was not having to wait for the transfer bus.
Very poor service overall I felt & not worth the extra cost.
