Regular APH customer
The bus service to and from the airport was faultless. The car parking did not meet my expectations. Our car had clearly been 'raced' around the car park as all our our belongings in the book were strewn all over it! We witnessed a car park attendant racing around the car park in another customers car, and in fact almost ran into us when he pulled around the corner at speed and clearly didn't realise we were there! As we are both professional drivers, we expect other drivers to respect peoples vehicles and carry out their jobs in the same manner that we would be expected to do! We ONLY use APH regularly and normally park on site at Liverpool airport where we have no problems at all! We used APH as a result of previous experiences but are seriously reconsidering using APH in the future!

Outbound shuttle, very good but upon arrival at Birmingham airport, very poor. No map or instructions how to locate the bus stop.Took 20 minutes to find and then by a passerby guessing for me. If you provided a better method of location, it would have helped.

have used APH for some years now; however, based upon my experience the three times I have used Birmingham APH during 2015 I have decided to seek an alternative in the future. There was a time when staff fell over themselves to help but this has become very intermittent. My latest disappointment was on my arrival on 22nd December 2015. We walked over to the bus, that was just sitting there, doors open, with our cases, but the driver rather rudely said he was leaving now, he did not leave immediately. I walked into the office and asked a dark haired woman with glasses, could he not wait the couple of minutes it took to hand over keys. Her response was rude and in a raised voice. I asked where all the helpful staff that APH claimed to have were, she became even ruder in her manner and in a raised voice. I told her what I thought in no uncertain terms, that she was rude and that her response was totally inappropriate; even her colleague looked on in amazement. I can only assume that she was having a bad day. Earlier this year at Easter, on a very cold night, we were told to put our cases on the bus while the driver was sitting in the warm by the door. This is not the kind of beginning that we expect for our holiday. What on earth is going on here APH? No more Birmingham park for us.
