The car park is located too far away from the airport and so takes way too long to get there and to get back after a long trip. Also there should be some sort of rigid queuing system as we waited an age for the transport to arrive, having just missed a bus & then it was just a free for all once the next bus got to the car park. People who had checked in 15 minutes after us, just all pushed to the front & we nearly didn't get on to the next bus. Overall a very stressful & disappointing experience.
the only criticism I have is that the return journey from the airport to carpark was almost unbearable as the driver had the heating on full in spite of my asking him to turn it down. Who has the heating on in their car in the middle of summer!!
On arrival at car park was told bus would be leaving in 10 minutes, which was fine as my flight was departing 85 minutes later. Bus eventually left 55 min before my departure as they waited for people to arrive to fill the bus.
This place is brilliant ,so easy to get to and first class service, always went from East Midlands airport and parked there as didn't like to drive into Brum airport, was recommended by a friend to this one and it's great the last few holsidays have used APH and shall continue to do so,keep up the good work
1, on our return we arrived about midnight and phoned from the baggage pick up hall but despite having to wait for our baggage we still had to wait 15 minutes at the bus stop for the transfer bus and then another 20 minutes or so while they waited for more passengers. It was frustrating because at that hour all I wanted was to get on with my drive back to Bristol. 2, the instructions regarding where your bus stop is could be clearer.
