Secured off-airport parking:

In your absence, your car will be parked in a safe and secure compound with 24-hour security patrols. For extra peace of mind, many of the secured off-airport car parks we work with are holders of the police-approved Park Mark® Safer Parking Award.

Exellent throughout - problem with one member of staff upon returning to APH. Wife wanted a drink from the vending maching but was having problems, ying nothing but giving us both the impression my wife was "stupid". When challenged he just said she needed to press two buttons! I spoke to him about this and his reply was..... "the machine isn't ours." Terrible customer service I must say. We both left feeling very let down.

Our arrival back coincided with an England football match and we waited a long period for the pick up and felt that the driver was practising for the Grand Prix on the way back, twice clipping the kerb and generally throwing the passengers around in a rush to get back to the match. On arrival at the car park the driver just left the passengers to sort themselves and their luggage which caused problems for some of the elderly passengers.
We have used APH many times and will hopefully do so again and the standard of service on the return pick up was not what we have experienced previously. However if we find problems of the type we experienced again we will look for another parking service.

I booked meet & greet from Birmingham Airport & were told that I would have to drop off the car at Birmingham International Railway Station, I rung 20 mins before as requested & puled up outside the station but no one was there to meet me, I was moved on & went around the station a second time when a member of staff from APH then met me & we were told to get the mono rail over to the airport which was fine. On returning a week later our flight was arriving @ 1.25am so i rang APH from the baggage reclaim when it was explained that as the mono rail closed at 2am (which we were not aware of) we would have to catch the bus outside the airport & the driver would take us around to the train station to collect the car. We caught the bus but the driver didn't seem aware that we were going to collect our car until i told him we had arranged meet & greet. The bus dropped us off outside the train station where we could see our car parked in the short stay car park. I went to the car & waited for a member of APH staff to meet us with our keys. I waited for 10-15 minutes then rang APH where we were told that a member of staff was 30 seconds away. I waited for a further 10 minutes & rang APH for a second time when i was told that they were trying to locate the driver but he would be with me ASAP about 5-10 minutes later a member of staff turned up with my keys nearly 30 minutes after being dropped off to collect my car, he was very apologetic & after checking the car I was able to depart, I have used APH a few times in the past & always found them to be efficient & punctual, however I certainly would not recommend their meet & greet service from Birmingham Airport.
