Located just 6 miles from Stansted Airport main terminal, transfers to and from the airport are frequent and only takes 10 minutes. You have to be fit to walk the distance to the departure terminal with wheeled luggage or even the trolley. Don't do this in the rain or cold, save those few pounds - worth it - get the terminal bus to the longer stay car parks. I have a disability and found it really far, not as described. Even longer on arrival back in the UK.

Hubby and i were bit worried about leaving our only car key with them but as i read more reviews abut others having the same concerns but was fine at the end, gave me reassurance that it would be fine. TomTom took us right to the car park and instructions were very clear. Bus was waiting just outside the premises and took us right outside the terminal. On arrival, the instructions on the receipt was again very easy to understand and found the bus waiting outside. So faults found with the service and i will most definitely book with them again!

Arrival at airport fine we had to take ticket even though told not to!

Parked ok car park quite full

On return (4 hours late due to flight and baggage delay), car next to ours (BMW) had its driver windows smashed it had been taped up with a rubbish bag I assume this was due to a crime taking place at scene.

We got to exit and was told by guy at reception that. As we were late we needed to pay 14 pound extra to get out. I thought this was excessive as only paid 28 for 6 days. Guy told us that I needed to pay cash and I thought that was dodgy

Had to wait a while for pick up on return but as we were the only customer I can understand why. The drop off for the North terminal is a bit of a truck can you get the airport to change this :). Also have you considered a car valet (wash) service. I would consider paying for this to be done while the car was parked. Overall I really like APH and use them every time

I have used APH( Gatwick and Heathrow) for many years and have been very happy with the service I have received. Last week I used the service at City Airport and was shocked by my drop off experience. Was due to drop off my car at 8am but due to heavy traffic arrived at the airport at approx 8.40. I called Saphire at 8.30 (once I exited Blackwall T) to let them know I would be late for my drop off due to heavy traffic.I was greeted on the telephone by a rude lady who rather than give me directions for my drop off started quoting penalties for my late arrival and even threatening not to accept my car unless I paid such penalties. She kept quoting terms and conditions which did not exist for my booking . When I arrived at the airport she eventually agreed to take my car and also agreed there was no mention of penalties in my t&cs with APH. All in all a very bad experience for me and my family and I certainly will not be using this service again

Travelling with large luggage the bus driver was reluctant to provide any help and only when an elderly customer struggled with his case did he help. Told that we may not be able to put bike cases in disabled section when there is clearly space at the bottom of the racks so this is not an issue. Moving luggage with no respect for contents is an issue. Felt even before we had left to go to the airport there was a negative vibe towards us.
On returning at 11:30pm after a 3 hour flight and travelling most of the day, a member of staff thought it would be funny to crack a joke about damage to a customers car when handing over his keys. Staff are not professional and let down a service which could be very good.
