We found the whole experience very straightforward and easy. However, the only negative comment would be that when we arrived at the car park, we were not sure what to do as the instructions stated that we needed to take the booking confirmation with us but then when we arrived it was apparent that there was no need to show it to anyone as the car registration is recognized on arrival.

We didn't know if we needed to book in or just simply leave our car in a space. I think that the instructions that you print off as the booking confirmation should be a little clearer and provide better instructions as to what you need to do when you arrive ie. find a space, park your car and then wait for the transfer bus to take you to the terminal.

We will definitely use you again.

I found it easy to check in and was fortunate to find a parking bay close to the bus stop. As my wife is a wheelchair user I thought it would be better if a few disabled spaces were provided close to the bus stops. It would be difficult for you to verify that cars in those bays were entitled as I always take the blue badge away for use with the hire car at our destination so others would do the same.
