Upon entering the car park (which was incredibly difficult to find in the dark - no sign posts on the way or light-up sign on arrival), there weren't clear guidelines of where to go - we were just shouted at when it wasn't the right way. Then, as they had tripped the immobiliser, the staff just kept revving the engine to try and get it to start and wouldn't listen to me. Upon returning, the drivers door had been left unlocked and opened, so I had a dead battery. it took ten minutes for someone to talk to me at the Helpdesk , who then just said to go wait at the car. My partner had to connect the borrowed jump pack to the terminals as the staff member couldn't do it. This lead to me being incredibly stressed after my holiday.

We used EMA Jetparks2 in May 2015. Booked in at 4.30 am on a Tuesday. At this time of day it was not busy so entrance, parking and bus transfer were fine. The return experience (Saturday 2.30pm) was different altogether. It was chaos. The driver was unhelpful, the bus was packed, there was nowhere near enough room for baggage - many sat with cases on their knees, we were at the back of the bus so we could not hear the driver announcing the various stops, people were complaining about the service. It was a dreadful experience and possibly unsafe. Jetparks must do better!

Found it Quite stressful, was told the pick up would be in 5 mins then when I phoned again there was no answer, when the phone was answered I was told the bus was waiting, which made me feel I was in the wrong place. However the bus arrived a few min after, 20 mins in total. The Chap on the desk was helpful, however the chap who gave me my keys told me to unlock the car with the fob and look for the lights, It was only located when other passenges notices the car if front had flasing lights. I realise I was nervous of the drive home as I am not used to night driving, I asked for instructions back to the motorway which was useful, however I then could not get out of the car park because I had not been given or dropped the code, The chap who had handed my keys just watched me struggle, very unpleasant,

I will use the park again as I am now aware of its location and way/method out, and if the same chap is on the desk OK as he was pleasant
