"We went for the mystery hotel option to save money. Ended up at the crowne plaza .We were very pleased .We had an evening meal in the irish bar which was really good bar food and excellent service. The staff are really friendly .The parking service was easy to use and transfers to and from the airport extremely quick and drivers very curteous.All in all we will definately book with you again."

"A good, functional hotel for a one night stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and there was little noise. Breakfast was reasonable, even though it was not wildly exciting, at the pre-booked lower rate of just under £10. However, had we not pre-booked on arrival, and then had to pay the higher price at breakfast time the following morning, I think the breakfast would not have been particularly good value."

"The bathroom was poor -broken lavatory seat. Noise from room above at 1.15 am unacceptable. You could hear all footsteps and the light fitting rattled. The floorboard above also creaked. Doors in the corridor slamming up until midnight. Smell of cigarette smoke. I asked on the booking form for a quiet room as I had leave at 4.00 am."
