Customer comments

Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport

"The Hotel had the right to park the car off site and, presumably did so since the heating controls and the radio settings were altered. The volume setting on the radio was so high (more than twice usual) it gave the impression that the car had been used by a teenager to go home in!!"
Mr Holt, County Durham, 12 Jun 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)

"I do not not think you should have to pay for taxi to airport"
Mrs Jackson, Cleveland, 11 Jun 2013

Best Western Cresta Court

"No problems .Went like clockworks"
Mr Howells, South Yorkshire, 10 Jun 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)

"The room was satisfactory and as expected. The management. entrance to the hotel, reception, foyer/lounge/bar, some food and some staff were as poor as I have witnessed in a long time. I am taking this up with Premier Inns direct. Not in the same league as the one at Heathrow, Bath Road. This hotel does no credit to the otherwise excellent service provided by APH."
Mr Woodward, North Yorkshire, 8 Jun 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)

"Premier Inn can always be relied upon for value and service. We feel that APH deserves the same accolade."
Mrs Leak, North Humberside, 1 Jun 2013

Hilton Manchester Airport

"The booking was for 3 adults in 2no. rooms, upon arrival they had no record of the booking and due to the hotel being full 3 ad ultra had to share a family room. No refund was offered therefore £154.80 was paid for a family room and 4 days parking. Confirmation reference TPGQH."
Miss Taylor, Lancashire, 28 May 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)

"Hotel is now looking very tired, e.g. furniture in the bar is badly worn with filling exposed in some cases. The window in our room would not close properly making the room noisy as it overlooked the M56."
Mr Dunn, Gwynedd, 27 May 2013

Britannia Stockport Hotel

"Needs complete update"
Dr Simpson, Cleveland, 26 May 2013

Mr Needham, Worcestershire, 21 May 2013

Holiday Inn Manchester Airport

"The checking in at the hotel was laborious & confusing. The transfer was 10 mins late both ways. Would not use again"
Ms James, South Yorkshire, 20 May 2013

Hilton Manchester Airport

"Overall very happy with the service apart from being woken up at 11pm then again at 3.30am from the ajoining room, then if that wasn't enough our room phone rang at 3.45am to ask 'if we were up yet' yet again from the ajoining room next door, NOT IMPRESSED. I know this wasn't the hotels fault and that was the reason we didn't report it to reception the next morning."
Mr Harper, North Humberside, 18 May 2013

Miss Deane, South Wirral, 15 May 2013

Mr Stevens, South Yorkshire, 25 Mar 2013

"A good, functional hotel for a one night stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and there was little noise. Breakfast was reasonable, even though it was not wildly exciting, at the pre-booked lower rate of just under £10. However, had we not pre-booked on arrival, and then had to pay the higher price at breakfast time the following morning, I think the breakfast would not have been particularly good value."
