"Stayed night of 18/03. Left pyjamas hanging in bathroom (stupid boy). Emailed Brittania main address, explained problem, said we would call in as we collected car. At 4.30pm Reception knew nothing about it. Contacted housekeeping who, after 10 minute wait, said nothing had been found - end of message. Would have thought that pyjamas had been found when preparing room for next guest, reception knew we would be returning for car on Monday 26th (they even asked for the flight number), wouldn't have been too much of an ask to put a note under our windscreen wiper. Not exactly rocket science!! APH are excellent and we have used you for a long time. I appreciate the problem started with me (not at my brightest at 5.00am) and really I just came up against a lack of interest at Britannia Bramhope reception."

"When we arrived at the hotel there was no car parking spaces available in the car park, we had to park the car on the grass verge at the entrance of the hotel,the reason for no spaces was due to the hotel having four coaches parked in the main car park which took up the majority of spaces.Also only a limited amount of lights on in the hotel car parking area when we arrived at 2030hrs."
