Heathrow Hoppa Buses operate 05:35 - 23:00 – H5 for Terminal 1, 2 and 3 and H55 for Terminals 4 and 5 (£4.50 chargeable each way). Children under 5 travel free. 1 child aged 5-15 travels free with each adult. Although the hotel is situated only a short distance from Heathrow Airport, customers are recommended to allow at least 30 minutes before check-in to catch the Hoppa service to the Terminals.
If you book a package with Purple Parking Business A4 Bath Road your car will be parked in the hotel car park for the night of your stay. Overnight parking at the hotel is complimentary. You will then drive to the car park on the morning of your flight and the car park will transfer you to your departure terminal. Transfers are free of charge.

The Hotel is fine. I booked it as part of the meet and great package. However I never received any information regarding the parking at terminal 5. The guy at reception had no idea except for giving us directions to terminal 5. Ended up having to pay £85 for long stay parking.
Stunning hotel considering it is part of a parking deal. An excellent price and practically located directly opposite the parking we booked. We would have now qualms about booking to stay here again. Our small complaint is that we booked a double room but the gentleman at the desk told us that the hotel was full and so we had to have a twin. This wasn't a major problem and was offset by the complimentary late check out that we were given. The other slight grievance was the handymen pulling up the carpet directly outside our room very early in the morning but they were quite apologetic when we left.
Window glass was filthy and full of handprints, Air conditioning was antiquated and the push buttons were stuck on 23c on a very hot day! We had to use an instrument to push in the buttons (ruined my nails). Décor was tired, overall room was small and disappointing for the 4* rating.
We had arranged parking for while we were away on holiday, it took some time to make reception staff to understand this although we had it clearly printed out.They kept saying we were booked into Airport car parks. Eventually they gave us a car park exit ticket for when we returned.
Hotel is fine and location is good, that's where it ends! It's tends to attract "holiday party mood" travellers- we had to call the manager 3 times from our room to stop constant parties. At one point I counted 28 people in the room having a party at 2.30am, now I'm an 80's/90's child so I've done a bit myself, but this just took the p*ss. Manager was a useless waste of space.
