"There are signs to a meet and greet point at terminal 2 but this was not the place where I had to go, leading to some confusion. Instructions should state clearly not to go to the signposted meet and greet point. On collection my car was badly splashed with mud that wasn't there on dropping it off. Must have been driven at some speed through mud or muddy puddles."

"Directions into the Short Stay Car Park were misleading, the left hand lane is not accessible due to fencing barriers which we understand have been in place for some time.
