This is an off-airport, self park car park which is located less than a mile from Manchester Airport, about 5 minutes away. Transfer services run every 15 minutes to all terminals, 24 hours a day.

"arrived back at 02.30hrs waited for over 20mins for a bus to collect us. Too many passengers for one bus, too such a long time to load and load the passengers. Could have been half way home in the time wasted by the facilities provided by jet parks. Customers are booked in so surley there should be sufficient buses and staff to accomodate the demand. very disappointed in the dsevice this time"

"The car park (Jet Parks 1) was quite full, finding a space was difficult. The gaurd at the main gate could perhaps be more helpful and direct you to zones with more free spaces. Also, it would be helpful if parking spaces were marked or lined. A lot of cars were parked very close together because of the lack of markings."

"The Premier Hotel couldn't find us in their booking system when we arrived. It wasn't a problem as they could see it had been booked and paid for and similarly the Jetparks struggled to find us on their system. Apart from that it worked well."
