- My only negative feedback on this visit was that the amount of people waiting to be collected was more than the bus could carry, we waited half an hour to be picked up from the time we called through, it doesn't take 30mins to transfer, surely the office would know when each person calls to be collected how many people are in their party and if needs be send 2 buses, not leave people behind in the cold in the rain and with a child! Thankfully 2 kind people got off the bus and waited for the bus to come back for them! And all your driver could say was first come first served, even thou we didn't realise that everyone that was waiting at the pick up point were also waiting for Paige parking and people had actually walked past us and joined the queue. This was not a very nice experience to come home to and should be addressed, if this should happen again it will be something that we would definitely consider booking with someone else.
