What is APH Meet & Greet?
APH Meet & Greet Parking is the quickest and most convenient way to park… you drive to the airport terminal where a fully insured APH chauffeur meets you and transfers your car to the APH Gatwick secured car park!
This service is ideal for those on a time constraint, business travellers, disabled customers as well as those requiring additional assistance. It’s the fastest and most convenient parking option
APH Meet & Greet…

APH Gatwick Meet and Greet offers three types of this service.
Full APH Meet & Greet
Should you choose a full meet and greet service, you will be met at your departure terminal by a uniformed and fully insured APH trained chauffeur who will check your booking details, mileage and any prior vehicle damage before issuing a receipt and full return instructions. He will then drive your car to the fully secure APH off-airport car park. Upon your return, the chauffeur will meet you at the terminal with your car, ready for your journey home.
Arrival APH Meet & Greet
With APH Meet and Greet On Arrival, you are met at your departure terminal by an APH chauffer who will check all your details as well as your vehicle for prior damage. Your vehicle will then be driven to the fully secured APH off-airport car park where it will be parked for the duration you are away. On your return, transfer to the car park on an APH coach. Transfers run every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day and take 10-15 minutes.
Return APH Meet & Greet
If you elect for the APH Meet and Greet on Return service, you park your car at APH off-airport car park and transfer to Gatwick Airport by coach. Transfers to Gatwick’s North and South terminals take 10-15 minutes and run every 15 minutes 24 hours a day. When you return, you will be met at your arrival terminal by an APH chauffeur with your car.

Important Information
In order to book this service, you will need to provide the following information - Inbound & Outbound Flight numbers, Airport Terminals, Car Details and Contact Telephone number (preferably a mobile number).
Minimum stays/charges may apply.
Trailers are not accepted and vans are only accepted if they fit into a normal parking space and are less than 2.4 metres high. Please note that transfer coaches are unable to transport bikes, surfing/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size. Golf clubs are accepted.
Staff are more than happy to help load and unload luggage. APH coaches can transport folded wheelchairs.
