"Sevice was good - but it was so crowded. More difficult to find a seat than in general departure lounge. Some people stretched out on sofas so taking up too much room. Some perhaps getting there hours early in order to eat and drink as much as they could. i just wanted a quiet relaxing place with a cup of coffe and a snack - but found it far from relaxing with a general hubub of noise, and people trailing luggage around looking for seats."
Mrs Gibbs,
Hampshire,

Mr Francis,

The Bollin Lounge T1
"I have used this lounge about 3 years ago. It was cold then AND IT IS STILL COLD. Would not be in a hurry to use this lounge again. It would probably be a nicer experience in the main terminal!!!"
Mr Kerfoot,

The Styal Lounge T2
"The coffee machines were not working, there was no notice stating that they were not. Hot Water was provided by jugs, but again no notice - trial and error, water was luke warm not hot. The service providers seemed more intent on planning / contacting their friends than attending to the needs of customers. Not friendly environment and feel that money was wasted, very disappointed as when used at Birmingham different experience"
Mrs Smith,
Leicestershire,

"No reduced children price, when they clearly do not get the value of their parents. Also have to book 3 adults when booking on-line as would not accept children. Last time I used this facility I rang APH and this is what she told me to do."
Mr Gee,

Mrs Hardwick,

29 Aug 2012
No.1 Gatwick North Terminal
"Lounge was ok, but we were there at 9.30 am, and selection of food / snacks very6 limited, unless you want to pay extra. Also, seating layout is all wrong. There are high back sofas in front of the windows overlooking the runways, so youy cant see anything, and window views from low tables and chairs that overlook a service area...strange set up...."
Mr Sharp,
Essex,
24 Aug 2012

Good snacks and drinks available for the customers and topped up on a regular basis. I would definately use this lounge again."
Mr Ralph,

23 Jun 2012
No.1 Gatwick North Terminal
"The lounge was filthy.the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for ages and the radiator grill was hanging off.i had to clear 3 tables as no one else seemed bothered.all around we're uncleared tables that people had left behind. There was only one person capable of serving drinks behind the bar whilst others ambled about.Noone offered me a customer satisfaction card as I left, I had to ask for one.Drinks were good, bacon and sausage sandwiches ok.Could of been a fantastic experience if managed by someone who actually cared!"
Mr Barker,
Essex,
22 Jun 2012
The Styal Lounge T2
"unfortunately there was a security alert so we only had about half an hour in the lounge.Staff seemed unaware of whether we should evacuate or not, so we were messed about & never had chance to return to lounge.staff on the ground didn't know what to do either so it made the situation lengthier than we felt it should.are we entitled to some refund?"
Mrs Micklewright,
Cheshire,
18 Jun 2012
No.1 Gatwick South Terminal
"Excellent start to a great family holiday"
Mr Dalton,
Worcestershire,
11 Jun 2012
The Styal Lounge T2
"Unfortunately when we arrived at the lounge they were very, very busy - so busy that people were standing and there was no where to sit! I complained at the reception desk and they said it was the bank holiday weekend and that was why it was busy, I pointed out that they should only book the number of people that fit and that it was supposed to be relaxing before holiday! They did not seem to think it reasonable for me to be complaining! I completed a complaint form and they said that they had to fax it off - I was not given a copy and therefore do not know if it was actually sent to head office. We have used executive lounges quite often previously in various aiports and have always found them to be lovely and quiet with a few people, with magazines and newspapers available. Unfortunately the Styal 2 lounge was none of these and we will definately not use it again! Regards Sally Crook"
Mrs Crook,
Staffordshire,
10 Jun 2012
No.1 Stansted at Gate 49
"There was no food apart from a bit of cereal and definitely no hot food apart from soup or childrens pizza which was not really suitable for breakfast. No magazines or games to play. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience and i will be claiming a credit on my return. Supervisor on duty signed booking form to confirm lack of food. Had to go and buy sandwiches from airport cafe."
Mr Jarman,
Hertfordshire,
7 Jun 2012
No.1 Gatwick South Terminal
"combined with your parking arrangements,an excellent service you provide"
Mr Lawrence,
Essex,
7 Jun 2012
No.1 Stansted at Gate 49
"I thought the lounge was very comfortable and well stocked with magazines and the free wifi was a real bonus. However, £15 is overpriced for this plus a bacon roll and a cup of tea, particularly as you're only allowed one bacon roll and have to pay £3 for another one! Therefore, whilst I like the lounge, I feel it represents poor value for money."
Ms Orchard,
Middlesex,
6 Jun 2012
Newcastle Servisair Lounge
"It was lovely to relax (and work) in a pleasant, well equipped location. Good to have the snacks readily available too. Thank you."
Mrs Pountain,
Cleveland,
6 Jun 2012

"This lounge is tired and not the most pleasant of lounges. It offers poor facility compared withy others, no dedicated washroom facilities and ok if you want to go heavy on alcohol...no good if you are looking for light refreshemnts"
Mr Barker,
Powys,
30 May 2012
Aspire Lounge T1
"Light snacks such as prepared sandwiches would be a welcome addition to the existing items."
Mr Bailie,

"i was very dissapointed with the information of when the flight was put up on screen, i had to go outside to find the time of flight and it already had been called in fact it was the last call for my flight not good enough."
Mr Street,

25 May 2012
