Customer comments
Hilton London Gatwick
"Shabby room, overpriced food, unable to resolve problem satisfactorily when unable to attend breakfast that we had paid for. Alternative breakfast provided in room was substandard. Entrance foyer and restaurants are beautiful and nobody would imagine they would be staying in such a tired and shabby rooms. We have stayed in 3 star hotel rooms far better than this."

"Although the hotel was very convenient for the airport, the hotel itself is rather 'tired' and could do with a bit of a makeover. Very much a transit hotel."

"The position of the hotel in relation to the terminal was the reason for booking it. It was what was expected from a hotel of this calibre."

"On the outward journey, we had left something in the car and the driver took us back to colect. He also dropped us at the door of the Hotel. Excellent service. On the way back a little dissapointed that only a small bus turned up when there were to many passengers waiting. Think the bigger buses would have been used at busy times. That is of course assuming all passengrs actually called as expected."
Mr Rayner,

"The room allocated to us was situated near to the hotel lifts, because of this we found it very noisy and had a disturbed nights sleep. Apart from this it was very good"
Mrs Bradley,

"when i booked the hotel i had no idea at all that parking at the hotel was not an option. Previos times i have stayed at this hotel we have always parked there and this has been a good reason for us to use this hotel. i was unaware until i arrived at the hotel that we would need a shuttle to bring us back from the car park and vice versa. I feel very disappointed that this was not clear at the time of booking."
