After hearing so many awful stories from friends about cars abused when keys are left behind, I am unhappy Purple Car Parks require customers to leave their car keys with them. It was never like this before. Why now????

Very unhappy with having to leave car keys at Purple Car Park after hearing awful stories about cars damaged and abused from friends and colleagues’ experiences. Why do you need to change to this rule now?
