- Irritating to be made to telephone again when I tried to report in from the front of the passport queue, and then to be told that transport would arrive in 12 minutes, when it didn't appear for 25 minutes - in spite of my being the only passenger. Unhelpful for the white minibus transport to be unmarked (hard to identify) and for the pick-up point not to be included in the information on the docket, necessitating another phone call.

Perhaps for your next trip you might consider I Love Meet & Greet at Stansted which uses uniformed drivers right on the terminal forecourt to meet you at the start and end of your trip. We hope you’ll find this more suitable for your next journey.
