- Having used this facility at least three times a year for five years we have now decided to look for alternative parking arrangements. The staff here are friendly, hard working and efficient, it would seem there just are not enough of them to cope with the volume of customers booked in at any one time.
The last two occasions we used APH on our return flight we were left standing outside the airport for over 30 minutes as two minibuses ferried at least 40 passengers from the terminal to the car park. There is no clear queuing system indicated which resulted in uncomfortable arguments and almost violence on more than one occasion, this could easily be resolved by simple signs saying Que this way !
After arriving back Sunday 17th July 2.30 pm we had to stand in pouring rain for 20 minutes before we could even get into the bus shelter provided for queuing passengers, each time one of the two minibuses arrived more arguments took place. Wet, cold, tired and totally fed up with this system we decided reluctantly unless APH can improve its efficiency and employ more staff we will now look for alternatives, which is a shame as the staff try so hard, the valet service is excellent, but who wants to end their holiday under these conditions.
