Unable to answer two questions as no staff from the car park were involved with the parking and no transport from car park to the airport was necessary as we were parked right outside airports short stay parking area.

the last 3 visits i had to call for assistance as the my car details were wrong, i have not changed these details and have used the service many times, a little disappointing!
