- On return from our holiday we were told the car was in a parking space in the multi car park green row 5. When we got there which was at the end of the car park it wasn't there. We went back to reception and a staff member said it was there and came out with us to look so we walked back to the end of the car park again, it wasn't there! We were very concerned as to where the car could be! Back at the reception some 40 mins later they found the car had not been brought back from the compound but someone had labelled it up as it had. We had a further 30 mins wait as someone went to get the car.
This was very stressful as it was looking as if they had no idea where our car could be and this was all happening at 2am. We finally got our car at 4 am so hours of waiting and worrying. Not to be recommended.
We did give them all the correct flight times and they admitted it was their mistake what an awful experience and a horrible end to our holiday.
