Would have also given 9 for value for money as we booked at relatively short notice for a 2 week parking period - other prices for Heathrow parking were ludicrous. Google maps helped to locate the car park ahead of the journey which helped. What I didn't do was to check how to get back onto the M4 spur and missed it first time. Recall parking enclosure and surfaces being a little scruffy and unkempt in places and bays could have been better marked out. No dedicated pedestrian walkways to provide safe routes with large/heavy baggage. Parking was also a little haphazard in places. This, however, would not put me off using Heathrow NCP again, unless prices started rocketing as with previous companies we have used.

staff very rude..when when questioned over charged they advised me not to use APH any more. also big scam on booking website when you asked to put your landing or arrival time because you will need extra time to go though custom and you will be charged for this extra time....never again.
this is not APH car park its different company...I will avoid them for all cost

Had to pay excess charge of £14 because we arrived back 3 hours late- not happy, that is why I gave low scores. Staff member who informed us of the charge not pleasant at all.
