- Easy took book the parking. On arrival the service was very efficient and transport to the airport was good. It was on our return our problems started. Our flight from Thailand touched down at approximately 7am and on collecting my luggage I immediately telephoned yourselves as instructed on parking ticket at 7-50am and but had difficulty completing the automated service which cut the line off before I completed the push button service to register my car registration. Fortunately another person was waiting at the correct stop who had already registered her request for transport to your car park. I eventually registered my details at 8-05am and between 7-50 and 8-15 telephoned the telephone number 5 occasions. A minibus from your company arrived at approximately 8-40 and dropped off a number of passengers about 50 metres from the bus stop. We ensured he was aware we (9 passengers needing to return to collect our cars) we requiring transport but the driver drove off without speaking to us. Eventually a minibus arrived to collect us at just after 9am. My wife and I had waited at the correct bus stop for 1 hour. We had returned from Thailand where the temperature was 30+F and at 8am at the airport it was 4-5F. To say we were freezing is an understatement despite wearing layers of clothes. We were expecting to wait 15-20 minutes as displayed on the ticket but 60+ minutes was totally unacceptable. Also, when we were eventually returned to your car park I had to wait a further 10 minutes as my car was not available!!!
We will never use the service again following this experience. A shame because our initial experience on arrival at the car park prior to our holiday was very good.
