Banbury GB
Slightly perturbed that change of car park by you via email not changed on paperwork when changed car registration but a phone call allayed worries.
Also bus stop 22 at Heathrow does not exist - printed on ticket also on prerecorded message when notifying return, along with quite a few other people we were totally lost - luckily a Europcar driver pointed us in the right direction where there was in fact a sign saying Purple Parking but not the ideal end to a holiday. Heathrow fault but you should advise customers

Eastbourne GB Polite , courteous,
After travelling for 3.5 hours from Eastbourne, ( travel time 2.15) to find that the address given was not for park and ride, ( informed by email that this had changed ) did not get/receive email?. then given new address, and route map, lady was very helpful, then battle way through traffic in Southall to new destination, book in ok and journey to Heathrow ok. On return to Heathrow, with building work, being carried out took time to find pick up point.
The transport arrived, luggage was thrown into the back of the trailer. the driver was more interested in looking at his mobile, ( for whatever reason I do not know ) on arrival to pick up my car, my name was called and given my keys, I then had to unload other peoples luggage to get to mine and found my baggage scuffed and dirty, I did not raise this with the parking manager!!!?? as I was more interested in getting on the road and getting home, after an 7.30 hour flight and faced with a journey on the M25/ M23, which still my wife and I where faced with. 1 point I would like to raise is why did the driver not load the luggage onto the trailer in an orderly fashion and have a more customer friendly attitude.

On the whole very good. But trying to phone on arrival was difficult when your phone is nearly out of battery been flying. For 14 hours, travelling for 20 + and then have to talk to a machine.
