Sheffield Appreciate good Service
- We have used APH about three times a year for the past 2 decades. We have always had a good experience until this latest experience.
The directions given were extremely poor. The address Rd number did not exist in my Top of the range TomTom Satnav. We ended up about 2 miles away. If we hadn't allowed for an extra 3/4 hr to our journey, this could have compromised our flight.
If APH had told us to go to Purple Parking, or next to Premier Inn - we would have got there without a hitch.
Furthermore, the Gate entry man was nonchalant about the lack of directions, saying that it was being looked at after I had told him about our plight.
Lastly, it would appear other people using the facility had had the same problem.
