I was advised to register for a Paige privilege card and I would get 10% discount for the following booking but unfortunately it was not the case. I tried to contact the office but I encountered a voice mail and unable to leave any message because it was full. After many calls, I managed to have a brief telephone conversation with a staff at the Paige car park office. He was in a rush because of the lack of staff. He told me that the Pivilege Gold card has not been working for nearly a year. He said that there isn't anything he could do. He told me to contact the head office.

Everything was fine with the service until we got back to Birmingham airport. We got on the transfer bus to go back to collect our car and were told by the driver that there was no more room on the bus for us. When I reiterated what the bus driver had said, he (very rudely) said "Well, can you see any seats? Where do you think you're going to sit?". I tried to ask him when the next bus would be along and he just shrugged and said he didn't know. I was travelling with my 4-year old daughter. Such a pity that one rude, ignorant person has ruined my experience using APH. All the other employees I had dealings with were professional and friendly. I can honestly say I will not be using this service again.
