Dreadful communications. Spent an hour trying to find someone who would confirm that the bus service operated 24/7 rather than 'airport operating hours', whatever that means, which is what it says on the booking (plans don't fly 24/7 from Manchester). Phone number on the website/booking was out of date and other numbers left me going round in circles (system A says dial system B; system B says dial system A etc.) . Unable to talk to a human being for ages. Eventually spoke to one guy who told me that the bus only operated 15 hours per day! Overall, spent ages trying to get a reliable answer and eventually drove to the car park the evening before to try to get accurate info.

When we arrived at jet park 1 we took a photo of our nearest bus stop (no. 4). When we returned the same stop was not clearly numbered.Luckily my wife spotted our car as the driver was not able to assist. As we left the car park, the bus stop 4 was now situated near the exit.
