If you’re using a sat-nav, use the following postcode; M90 4EG.

Exit the M56 at Junction 5:

  1. Keep to the left and take the first exit for Terminal 2.
  2. At the roundabout at the top of the hill, take the first exit.
  3. 100 yards further on, turn left into Thorley Lane
  4. Continue down the road and the entrance to JetParks 2 will be on your right hand side.

Arrival Procedure

On arrival at the car park:

  1. Approach the barrier and your car will be recognised by Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and the barrier will lift.
  2. Park your car and grab your luggage.
  3. Jump on a transfer bus to the terminal.

If the ANPR system does not recognise your number plate then please press the button for assistance and a member of staff will be happy to help.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer

Return Procedure

On arrival at the airport:

  1. Collect your baggage, clear customs, then head to the transfer bus stands and make the short ride back to the JetParks 2 car park.
  2. Once back at your car, simply drive to the barrier and head for home.

Nottingham GB Need to improve.
The suitcase racks are so badly designed that you could only get 3 cases in a section, rather than 10 cases if the racks were 6 inch higher. Due to this problem many people weren't allowed onto the bus even though there was many seats available. Drivers used to help putting the cases on the racks but not anymore.

Such an easy process!!
Drive in park and get on the bus. You don’t get much easier than that!!
On the return we walked out and a bus arrived, back in the car in 10 minutes.
Highly recommend this service!!!!

Arrived at Manchester airport at 7am on 26/11/17, intending to park at Jet Parks1, a pre booked parking space. On exiting the roundabout, we where confronted with roadworks,signage and cones, which were of absolutely no help whatsoever in locating the jetparks 1 car park. Fortunately we located a Jetparks bus driver who provided us with directions,otherwise I suspect we would still be driving round now trying to find the car park !. We attempted to contact the APH CUSTOMER services telephone number listed on the booking confirmation, to be informed via recorded message that customer services was not available until 9am, not particularly helpful.
Eventually we located the car park, entry was very straightforward. I then noticed that the car park was very poorly lit and of a temporary stone hardcore construction. The surface was very uneven and was holding an awful lot of standing water. This whole experience caused a great deal of upset and distress prior to arrival at the terminal building and the start of our holiday. I have used the APH car parking service previously and have had an excellent service, however on this occasion the service provided by APH was woefully inadequate.
